Within the original published version of the Article, Deep Brain Stimulation for Tremor Associated with Underlying Ataxia Syndromes: A Case Series and Discussion of Issues, one of the authors' first names was misspelled. Tetsuo Ashizawa's name appeared as Testuo Ashizawa. This error was present on the site from July 9, 2014-July 27, 2016. The editorial office of Tremor and Other Hyperkinetic Movements has corrected the error and as of July 27, 2016 Tetsuo Ashizawa's name is spelled properly on all versions of the article.
