Video 1

Segment 1: Patient 1 Interview Following Left DBS Surgery. The stimulator is switched off to demonstrate the right hand tremor. Clawing of the hand with extension of the fifth digit of the left hand is noted during postural tremor. Segment 2: Patient 1 Interview Following Right DBS Surgery. The patient has significant improvement in left hand tremor. Segment 3: Final Follow-up. The patient demonstrating good control of tremors in both hands
