Abstract
Against the backdrop of the ongoing tension between the demands of sustainability on inclusive governance and the difficulties of implementing this in a sector-dominated practice, the article proposes (1) that at the normative level, the constitutions define the framework for action, (2) that with regard to content integration requires approaches other than the three-pillar model, and (3) that at the institutional level in Switzerland, more integrative structures are requested.
