Abstract
This dataset is a collection of court decisions on legislative and senatorial French elections (parliamentary elections) from 1958 to April 2024. Where possible, the data on legislative elections is completed by a summary of election results. The “Justice Algorithmique Des Elections” (JADE) dataset is composed of two open-source datasets available on the website https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/. These datasets have been stored and reshaped into a relational database, from which the CSV file is extracted. The JADE dataset can be used in legal studies or political science to analyse electoral disputes.
