A 56‑year‑old patient previously treated for ovarian cancer with an asymptomatic increase of CA‑125 and negative computed tomography. Fused b1000 diffusion‑weighted and contrast‑enhanced MRI shows (A) diffusion restricted nodular peritoneal deposits in the Douglas space, (B) lateral subhepatic space, and (C) a serosal deposit on the ileum (arrows). Additionally, (D) diffusion restricted lymphadenopathies are visible in the anterior mediastinum and along the left internal mammary chain (dashed arrows).
