Abstract
Family caregivers, the largest and often invisible care workforce, provide 90% of care and face significant challenges. This session highlights Alberta's efforts to create an integrated care system, involving caregiver and patient voices, building health and community partnerships, and fostering caregiver-friendly workplaces and policies.
