Survey of Primary Care Providers Identifies Systems-Level Barriers to treating trauma and chronic pain

Abstract
Screening for psychological trauma identifies those who require an integrated approach to chronic pain rather than the prevalent biomedical approach. To identify avenues for future research and change the authors undertook a survey in Arizona to assess trauma screening practices and to identify barriers to screening.
