Re-structure of an assessment for evaluating municipal management initiatives in Japan's Long-Term Care Insurance System

Abstract
In Japan, a system was introduced in 208 to evaluate the efforts of municipalities responsible for administering the long-term care insurance system and to provide financial incentives, but there is a need to reduce the burden on evaluation and verify the effectiveness of the system.
