
Navigating patients to improve access and reduce health inequities

Abstract
Patient navigation structures in Calgary Zone, Alberta offers tailored patient-responsive services that improve access to clinical and non-clinical supports by marginalized or vulnerable patients. Calgary and area primary care networks (Calgary Zone) refers to seven primary care networks that operate within a healthcare region called Calgary Zone in Alberta, Canada.
