Evaluating local adoption of community-enabled integrated care initiatives in the absence of monitoring systems
Abstract
National or provincial public health programs fostering the implementation of community-enabled integrated care initiatives might remain unevaluated due to unavailable monitoring systems. We present an alternative approach using data science methods to assess the local uptake of community-based initiatives within large-scale public health programs.
