To address the critical challenges of escalating healthcare costs, resource shortages, and the increasing demand for services, two primary care networks (PCNs) collaborated on the implementation of a workload tracking system. This initiative aims to enhance transparency, resource management, facilitate accurate reporting, and ensure optimal patient care.
