Background: "Finding the Right Path: Transformative Integrated Care Solutions for Modern Healthcare" encapsulates the essence of this workshop, which aims to address the limitations of traditional healthcare methods by presenting an innovative approach to integrated care. Grounded in the insight to "stop looking for solutions to problems and start looking for the right path," the workshop emphasizes the importance of adopting a holistic approach in healthcare.
