Abstract
The purpose of this video presentation is to show the development in community mental health in Norway from 2015 until today. We have imported the service model ACT - Assertive Community Treatment from the USA (2007) and FACT - Flexible Assertive Community Treatment from the Netherlands (2013). In both service models we have integrated primary care services and specialist health care services in one team here in Norway, unlike many other countries.
The video presentation was made for the ten-year anniversary for EAOF - The European Assertive Outreach Foundation in 2021, and was then presented by professor emeritus Torleif Ruud and Tor Helge Tjelta.
