Abstract
People with limited or no access to healthcare are often described as "hard to reach". But from their perspective, it is the health services that are hard to reach (Onyango et al. 2017). Innovative ways are needed to make health care more accessible to these underserved vulnerable populations. This video introduces a project in which community health workers improve access to care for people living in socially vulnerable conditions in ten Belgian cities.
