Abstract
The Kauppi,s university center of primary services-project video presents shortly a developmental work in Finland where the research, innovation and education are combined to promote the well-being of areas inhabitants as well as professionals who are working in health and social care services. The main message in the video is call for collaboration; to share, to research and to learn from all stakeholders in the integrated care-field.
