Abstract
In this video abstract we address the experiences of a pilot offering Hotspotters a Positive Health consultation and follow-up according to individual needs. A participating GP shares his experience with this pilot. The individual patient experience it represented by a patients' poem. Next, we announce our follow-up study that is expected to start in March 2022.
