Abstract
This report provides a summary of the proceedings from the NIHDI 50th Anniversary Event held on 2nd April 2014. The report provides an overview of the presentations and discussions made during the event in an attempt to pick out the key points of learning. The report concludes with a review of the key lessons emerging from the event and the suggested implications for the future of the Belgian strategy to develop integrated care for people with chronic condition.
