Correction

This article outlines two corrections to sections in Gandhi et al. (2026):

  • 1. In the section “Train-the-Trainer Model” of Gandhi et al. (2026) it is stated: “It promotes cascading knowledge through programmes, combining technical content and instructional design (Schmidt et al., 2017).”

This statement needs to be adjusted as follows:

  • First, the citation was incorrectly formatted. The proper formatting is (Schneider & Prongué, 2016). The full correct reference is in the reference list below.

  • Second, this citation does not fully support the pedagogical claims in the sentence. The corrected sentence should read: “It promotes Train-the-Trainer approaches that combine technical research data management (RDM) content with didactic methods and workshop design (Biernacka et al., 2020; Schneider & Prongué, 2016).”

  • 2. In the section “RDM TRAINING CONTEXT AND ITS INFLUENCE ON SoRDS” of Gandhi et al. (2026). The citation He et al. (2023) is incorrect:

The citation was incorrectly formatted with the improper names. It should have been Bishop et al. (2023). The full correct reference is cited below.
