Abstract
The aim of this article is to evaluate the cultural services (CES) provided by pocket parks in Cracow based on an analysis of user-generated content on Google Maps. The spatial scope covered 32 pocket parks in Cracow, and the temporal scope referred to the status of ratings and comments from December 2024. The study used a quantitative qualitative approach, including sentiment analysis (positive, neutral, negative emotions) and content clustering (K-Means) to identify the main thematic motifs in the comments. In addition, a linear regression analysis was performed to assess the impact of individual emotions on the final Google rating. Analysis of the content of Google Maps user comments revealed a predominance of positive and neutral emotions. The most common themes concerned park infrastructure, aesthetic experiences and greenery.
