Spontaneous Bilateral Subcapsular Urinoma Leading to Page Kidney in a Young Adult: A Rare Clinical Entity

Spontaneous subcapsular urinoma is a rare urological entity, particularly in the absence of trauma or obstruction. We report a case of a 23-year-old male presenting with bilateral loin pain, hypertension, and a seizure, later diagnosed with large bilateral subcapsular urinomas causing Page kidney. Computed Tomogram of kidney, ureter, and bladder confirmed the diagnosis, and bilateral percutaneous drainage with bilateral ureteric stenting led to clinical improvement. No underlying aetiology was identified. This case highlights the diagnostic challenges of spontaneous urinoma and the importance of early imaging and intervention to prevent complications such as hypertensive encephalopathy. Follow-up showed complete resolution without recurrence.
