Social Intervention for At-Risk Groups- අවදානමට ලක්විය හැකි කණ්ඩායම සඳහා සමාජීය වශයෙන් මැදිහත්වීම

This study aims to present information regarding children who are subjected to various forms of abuse due to diverse reasons within society. It also highlights how these individuals, affected by various pressures, are influenced by social, economic, and political factors in their communities. Accordingly, the study conducts a systematic analysis of child abuse and attempts to draw conclusions based on the findings.
The study discusses the physical and psychological issues children face when subjected to abuse in today’s society. It also brings attention to the responsibilities and duties owed to these at-risk children. In doing so, it sheds light on the circumstances of broken families and children who have been left stranded or neglected. The goal is to draw the attention of those responsible to the social crisis that child abuse has become, and to emphasize the importance of prevention.
Therefore, this research intends to employ both interview-based methods and case studies. Through this study, it becomes possible to gain a deeper understanding of the prevailing conditions of child abuse in society and the primary causes behind it. Additionally, it provides insights into the thoughts and desires of the abused children themselves. The study also enables a better understanding of how the wider society responds and pays attention to these issues.
