Abstract

Type 2 lepra reactions are not uncommon in patients being treated with anti-leprosy treatment. There are various precipitating factors. We report a girl who was on treatment for multibacillary leprosy and prednisolone for type 2lepra reaction who developed a severe exacerbation of haemorrhagic erythema nodosum leprosum following Measles-Rubella vaccination.
