Abstract
Cutaneous leiomyoma (CL) is an uncommon cutaneous tumour arising from the smooth muscle fibres in the arrectores pilorum muscle, mammary glands, scrotum, labia majora, or the wall of blood vessels. CL arising from the arrectores pilorum muscle are characterized by multiple dusky brown tender nodules often occurring on the arms. The occurrence of CL in family members has been reported in the medical literature, but is rare. We report here two sisters with this condition.
