Iniencephaly is a rare, usually lethal neural tube defect characterised by occipital bone abnormality, spinal dysraphism, fixed retroflexion of head and severe lordosis of cervico-thoracic spine1. We report a case of iniencephaly associated with multiple congenital malformations.
