Abstract
College of Anaesthesiologists and Intensivists of Sri Lanka formed a committee to manage the impact of the economic crisis which made patient care extremely challenging due to various shortages. Several steps were taken to identify the critical shortages by liaising with the authorities, finding donors, and updating and supporting the membership to face the problems faced.
