A unique case of naso-tracheal tube kink just below the cuff attachment, opposite the mid-point of circumference of the Murphy eye, after removal of the fibre-optic bronchoscope used for securing the airway. Upon recognition, the kinked tube was removed and a fresh naso-tracheal tube was re-inserted over the fibre-optic bronchoscope.
