A parenchymal lung involvement in a patient with adult-onset of Still’s disease: a rare case report

Adult-onset of Still’s disease (AOSD) is a rare systemic inflammatory disease. The diagnosis of AOSD exclusively relies on exclusion of other likely diagnosis. Though it is classically a seronegative disorder, the possibility of AOSD should be taken into diagnostic consideration in a patient with compatible clinical and laboratory findings even if they are seropositive. AOSD related parenchymal lung involvement is rare. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment is important as delay in diagnosis can lead to devastating consequences.
