Abstract

Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a rare multisystem disorder with wide spectrum of clinical manifestations. In case of absence of characteristic cutaneous lesions, it is often difficult to diagnose TSC. Early diagnosis is important especially in children before onset of neurological manifestations to pave the way for normal neurodevelopment. Prompt diagnosis in adults will help in preventing complications. This case report is of a known epileptic patient presented with features of renal impairment who was eventually found to have Tuberous sclerosis complex.
