Never underestimate the great mimicker; it may be around you
Abstract
Syphilis is a systemic disease and can present with many systems involved. It can present to a non venereologist where primarym symptoms are usually non-genital. Here we present a case of secondary syphilis with polyarthritis and ocular involvement.
