Abstract
The board of Amsterdam Law Forum (ALF) hereby proudly presents its third and final issue edited and published by its current editorial team. It has certainly been a year full of changes, controversies, and silver linings that have provoked and inspired stimulating and innovative ideas and opinions in our social, as well as academic environments. As such, we are delighted to present this 2021 Autumn Issue as a collection of two thought-provoking commentaries and an opinion piece on three cutting-edge issues within the transnational legal field.
