Lateral intra-oral photograph of the patient shows the accumulation of dental plaque on tooth surfaces adjacent to the cleft site and inflammation of marginal gingiva. Additionally the complexity of soft tissue morphology can be seen at the site of lateral incisor agenesis that corresponds to the cleft area.
