Abstract
Recent observations of noctilucent clouds from Swedish stations are presented, together with plans for the future observational programme. The results are discussed from the view-point of the rôle of meteoric dust in the formation of these clouds. Preliminary polarisation measurements, carried out in order to obtain an information about the sizes of the cloud particles, are described.
