Abstract
On my work Mr Jordan raised some questions, which are caused partly by the difference of definitions. For the formation of typhoon, we should consider two mechanisms, one is concerned with the initiation of the process, in other words the mechanism of trigger action, and another is the mechanism of the continuous development to revolving storms. In mathematical language, those corresponding to initial conditions and differential equations respectively.
