Abstract
L’importance de la source végétale dans la composition des aérosols atmosphériques en Afrique de l’Ouest a été mise en évidence. En saison des pluies, la forêt est l’origine principale de la matière végétale présente dans l’air et le processus d’émission du potassium est discuté.
Atmospheric aerosols have been studied in several locations of the Ivory Coast. Valid conclusions can be drawn which show the influence of vegetation as a source of aerosols. The tropical forest appears to be the main source of aerosols issued from vegetation during the rainy season and production of potassium is shown to be particularly important.
