Abstract

An iteration method has been developed which uses finite differences for calculating water level elevation and water transport. To this end, the equations of motion were integrated over the depth and transformed into an implicit difference equation system. The equations were solved by the aid of an electronic computer. Two main cases were calculated, and in one instance the water levels were checked with the real ones.
