Abstract
In the gloss to the decision of the Supreme Court of 26 May 2021 (I KK 23/21), the issue of the correctness of establishing the scope of the term “health service” with regard to treatments in the field of aesthetic medicine was addressed. In this context, it has been analyzed which entities can legally carry out such treatments and in which cases taking specific actions by an unauthorized person will result in criminal or disciplinary liability.
