Offsprings Conceived Via Assisted Reproductive Technology By a Single Woman: A Matter of Father Identification

Abstract

This article sets out the matter of the sperm donor’s identification as the father of the offspring conceived via assisted reproductive technology (ART) by a single woman. Through the lens of current regulations that are used for comparison with some other countries, the author lays out some proposals relevant to the mentioned matter.
