The Riemann derangement theorem and divergent permutations

Abstract

In this paper, a strengthening of the Riemann Derangement Theorem, by selecting the appropriate permutation of N from two families DC and DD of permutations of N, is presented. The mentioned families are characterized in a natural way; their algebraic properties were investigated by the author in his previous works.
