Improvement of Crane Efficiency via Design Optimization Cover

Abstract

The construction industry is one of the most rapidly developing sectors of the economy, where efficient and safe lifting operations are critical. This study focuses on improving the operational efficiency and load capacity of the XCMG truck crane by optimizing its design. A detailed computational analysis was conducted to evaluate the deformation and stability of the crane’s outriggers under different load conditions, including 1.25 t and 2.58 t payloads.
