Abstract
Nowadays, the use of hot-dip galvanized prestressed bolted joints has greatly increased in many industrial applications, especially in the solar generation industry The expansion of the use of these joints has occurred due to their excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion and also because of their easy assembly and maintenance at relatively low costs. However, the fatigue behavior of these joints is still not sufficiently experimentally verified and defined in design standards, which makes their correct dimensioning difficult.
