Diversity Management in Higher Military Education
Abstract
This article discusses the need of diversity management in higher military education. Due to various professional and private backgrounds of the students taking part in the Master’s degree programme in Military Leadership, the following four diversity dimensions have to be taken into account: personality, internal, external and organizational dimension. Considering these dimensions during preparation and implementation of the formal education leads to better results. However, this also requires appropriate further training for teachers.
