Abstract

Organizational resilience has become increasingly important in the context of rapid digitalization and growing sustainability challenges. In dynamic and uncertain environments, organizations must develop the capacity to adapt, respond to disruptions, and maintain performance over time. In this context, leadership plays an important role in strengthening resilience by supporting digital readiness and sustainability orientation. This study analyzes the role of leadership in enhancing organizational resilience in the digital and sustainable era. The research is based on a quantitative approach using survey data collected from 408 valid respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis in order to examine the relationships between leadership, digital readiness, sustainability orientation, and organizational resilience. The results indicate that leadership has a significant positive influence on both digital readiness and sustainability orientation, while all three variables positively affect organizational resilience. Digital readiness was found to have the strongest influence on resilience. The findings highlight the importance of leadership in supporting organizational adaptability, technological preparedness, and long-term responsible practices.
