With these concepts, a questionnaire was created and filled in by specialists in the field. These specialists participated in changes from a traditional information system to an information system based on artificial intelligence.

Business restructuring with artificial intelligence integration into information systems is an important outcome, from the perspective of business reorganization. By presenting the route to restructure business processes, a business reorganization with artificial intelligence model was proposed.

Artificial intelligence implementation in business reorganization generates the premises of new creative business requirements.
