Abstract
This material is a continuation of previously published works related to the design of a rescue device for an ARGO profiling float. Earlier publications presented design variants of such a device and their SWOT/TOWS analysis. The present material describes the optimization of the design using the zerounitarization method and a method for assessing the attractiveness of design variants. The work is carried out within the Argo-Poland consortium, which is part of the European research infrastructure EURO-ARGO-ERIC.
