Faktorová analýza v Mössbauerovì spektroskopii a RTG difrakèní fázové analýze / Factor analysis in Mössbauer spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis

Abstract
A set of samples containing iron was measured by Mössbauer spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis and the obtained data were then analyzed by factor analysis. The factor analysis revealed several factors that can explain the total variance of the data. Factor scores were quantifi ed, number of variables was reduced and new factors were found, which replaced the original variables. In the Mössbauer spectroscopy data, six factors were found and correlated to six of the original variables, whereas the diffraction data were explained by three factors, which were assigned to three of the original variables.
