Maximum-likelihood phylogenetic analysis of the cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (cox1) data (776 bp) for Taenia hydatigena metacestodes found in roe deer and moose in Poland (model = General Time Reversible, GTR+I (invariant sites) +G (Γ distribution)). Branch support estimated using nonparametric bootstrap analyses based on 1,000 replicates. The outgroup was Taenia lynciscapreoli. Two-letter, six-number codes are GenBank accession numbers. Sequences obtained in this study are shown in bold.
