1* – two subtypes A18 were published by two research groups. The A18 found by Colitti et al. (34) was renamed to A19, and similarly the A19 identified by them was renamed to A20. Furthermore, subtypes A23 and A24 were also defined by two research groups at the same time. The subtypes found by Olech et al. (128) were renamed from A23 to A25 and from A24 to A26
