Ventilation with pressure-controlled ventilation with a set inspiratory pressure of 46mmHg, inspiratory time of 1 second and positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) of 12mmHg. The tidal volume delivered was 230mL. The flow-time curve revealed a waveform suggestive of an expiratory flow limitation.
