1. Bilateral kidneys are hypo-enhancing and appear edematous, right kidney being asymmetrically enlarged. Multiple hypo-densities are noted within the renal parenchyma bilaterally, concerning for disease involvement

2. Histological evaluation reveals glial tissue showing extensive necrosis, mixed inflammation and colonies of branching septate fungal hyphae. PAS and GMS highlighting the branching septate fungal hyphae.
