Authors’ biographies
Adedayo Emmanuel Longe is a research consultant with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria and a master’s degree in Energy Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He has authored and co-authored several economic journals and presented in local and international conferences on different economic topic discussions. He presently has 6years referenced research consultancy experience in both academics and industry research. He is an expert in the use of statistical packages on econometric analysis for informed insights.
Olawunmi Omitogun is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economics, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Nigeria, he holds a PhD Economics degree from the same University. He had his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees from University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. His research interest are as follows: Labour Economics, Econometrics, Public Sector Economics and Development Economics. He has authored and co-authored reputable journal articles in the area of his research interest.
Emmanuel Olajide Adebayo is a lecturer in the Department of Economics, Bowen University, Iwo, Nigeria. He has a very strong background in Statistics, Development Economics and Trade. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, where he had his B.Sc, M.Sc and M.Phil degrees in Economics. He is currently registered as a Ph.D student in the Department of Economics, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. He has authored and co-authored referenced journal articles in International Trade and Development Economics.
Shehu Muhammad is an economist and highly experienced financial/energy expert spanning over 25 years’ experience in academia, training and consultancy practice in both public and private sectors, such as SUFEGOR, World Bank etc. A versatile and consummate professional with memberships in the Nigerian Economic Society and Nigerian Institute of management. He is a Chief Lecturer and holds a BSc and MSc in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and the University of Jos respectively as well as Ph.D Energy Economics in view from the University of Ibadan. He has vast knowledge in the use of statistical packages.
Oluwole Oluniyi Adelokun is a PhD student at the Centre for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and a master’s Degree from Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom. He has authored and co-authored reputable journal articles in the area of development and energy economics with referenced recognition in consultancy engagements with both the public and private sector
